So the concept behind my video for the latest Digital Media Project is centered around laundry.
...I know. Exciting, right? Well, not normally. But in this case, it can be -- especially when nearly every college student's dream comes true and your laundry does itself. (And I'm not talking about your Mom doing it for you.) So far I've only shot basically the opening sequence for the stop motion video using my Nikon D40, but here's what I have so far that I shot after class this morning.
Thoughts, so far? I know there's a scene in which a person walks by my open door in one of the shots, which was an oversight on my part, but I might be able to reshoot or just throw that frame out. Also, I was thinking of not using any speech, but incorporating music instead. Any ideas?
Next scene: the laundry room. Where my multi-talented clothes load themselves into the washer, (according to Jon...) a dirty pair of unmanned jeans strolls in and joins the fun, and the laundry continues to impress when it folds itself as well. We'll see how that goes, haha.
Also: looking out my dorm window...IT'S SNOWING!
'Tis the season!

hey lady super cute.
Yeah music definitely...something like...anticipating or even mystical...or quirky! I dunno, could be a lot. Look through your library and if you need any other music you could look through mine!
This looks great so far! I agree it needs music but I'm sure you'll figure all that stuff out. I can't wait to see the finished product!
